No hassle to go to shop and spend money just to fix clothesAnd it is very easy to use as they provide free demo sessions also customer service is great, just a phone call away.Don’t give a second Thot, just buy it. Only make sure to use properly and not on heavy clothes as it is a mini machine as should be used in that way.

The Product is good. I tried to register for warranty. The window was not working and I was unable to fill the form and not able to register for warranty despite tried many times. It appears that registration of warranty is deliberately messed up by the company.
