Very disappointing customer service experience. I raised a complaint but there has been no real progress. Every time I call customer care, they keep giving new dates without resolving the issue. At one point they even said the product was not under warranty, although it clearly was, and later they admitted it. Since then, they continue giving excuses and recently they have stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing this product, as the after-sales service has been extremely poor.
